Want to be happy in 2025?
I truly believe that a big aspect of being happy is doing as many things yourself as possible.. using your hands and getting creative whether that’s in the kitchen, or building something, or crafting or sewing or exercising.. it boosts your serotonin and gives you a sense of accomplishment.
So if you are in a rut and looking for ways to improve your overall levels of happiness in 2025 I highly recommend putting your digital devices down and just start creating. You might surprise yourself.
